Makes 4 servings
3 cups bone broth
1 cup brown rice, or 1½ cups quinoa
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon onion powder or flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder, or fresh minced garlic
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients in an oven safe ceramic or glass baking dish
Bake for 1 ½ hours for brown rice and 50 minutes for quinoa, or until all liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork.
Note: If you have an InstantPot or pressure cooker, you can use this same recipe, but adjust the liquid according to your device’s instruction manual.
