Makes 4 servings
¼ head green cabbage, diced
¼ head purple cabbage, diced
1 cup shredded carrots
2 tablespoons raw, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
Blend remaining ingredients in a blender or using a whisk
Pour dressing over the cabbage and combine well.
Chill in refrigerator.
Note: You can add additional diced veggies for variety.
