Cauliflower "Mashed Potatoes"

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 head cauliflower, roughly chopped

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 -1 cup canned coconut milk (I recommend Native Forest brand)

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower until softened.

  2. Place cauliflower and remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  3. Blend until mixed, adding more coconut milk, if necessary.
