Makes 4 servings
2 small heads of broccoli, lightly steamed and chopped
2 stems of fresh kale, chopped
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 red pepper, diced
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup red onions, diced
½ cup homemade mayonnaise
¼ cup avocado oil
2 green apples, cored
2-3 tablespoons raw, apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Combine broccoli, kale, cabbage, red pepper, and red onions in a large bowl
Blend mayonnaise, oil, apples, and vinegar in a blender until well combined
Pour dressing over the vegetables and serve.
