Guacamole

Makes 1 cup

  • 1 soft avocado

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon curry powder or, turmeric and cumin

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado with a fork

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well

Note: Different seasonings can be added to the guacamole, to add variety.
