Healthier Hot Chocolate

Makes 4 small servings

  • 1 (15.5oz) can full fat coconut milk

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon stevia (I prefer Stevita, a mixture of stevia and xylitol)

  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon instant organic coffee (optional, but enhances the flavor)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan

  2. Heat on medium heat until warm
