Healthier Hot Chocolate

Makes 4 small servings
1 (15.5oz) can full fat coconut milk
2 cups filtered water
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon stevia (I prefer Stevita, a mixture of stevia and xylitol)
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon instant organic coffee (optional, but enhances the flavor)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan
Heat on medium heat until warm
