Makes 1 serving
1 handful of dark leafy greens
½ cup low-sugar frozen fruit
1 scoop protein powder
½ cup or 1 small handful of a dietary fat (full fat coconut milk, nuts, avocado)
Liquid, as needed (water, coconut water, nut milk)
Optional add ins (fish oil, chia seeds, herbs, powdered nutraceuticals)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender, in the order presented.
Blend on high until smooth.
