Morning Shake

Makes 1 serving

  • 1 handful of dark leafy greens

  • ½ cup low-sugar frozen fruit

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • ½ cup or 1 small handful of a dietary fat (full fat coconut milk, nuts, avocado)

  • Liquid, as needed (water, coconut water, nut milk)

  • Optional add ins (fish oil, chia seeds, herbs, powdered nutraceuticals)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender, in the order presented.

  2. Blend on high until smooth.
