Quick One Pot Roast

Makes 4-6 servings

  • 1 roast

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 4 carrots, roughly sliced

  • 3 stalks celery, roughly sliced

  • 2 sweet potatoes, cubed

  • 4 cups bone broth

  • 4 tablespoons raw, apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon basil

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.

  2. Cook for 4-6 hours on high.

Note: For a heartier meal, add additional vegetables such green beans, peas, zucchini, squash, parsnips, turnips, etc.
